Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Payment is accepted by PayPal or Visa/Mastercard if you prefer to pay with your credit card via our secure server.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is $5 per order worldwide. Extra shipping fees may apply for larger orders.
Q: How are items shipped?
A: 8x10 and 8x12 photos are shipped flat in sturdy photo mailers. The larger 16x12 and 18x12 photos are shipped rolled in a tube.
Q: Where are autographs shipped from?
A: Dave signs and ships all orders from the UK.
Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Typical delivery times are 1 to 2 weeks, depending on address. We are not able to guarantee delivery dates for packages.
Q: Will Dave personalize an item if requested?
A: Yes, Dave will personalize items to a name, for example 'TO BOB', followed by "Dave Prowse is Darth Vader".
Q: Can I choose the ink color of my autograph?
A: Yes, you can choose between Silver, Gold, Black, and Blue ink.
Q: Can I request a Star Wars movie quote, such as "MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!"?
A: The option to add a Star Wars movie quote is available on each item page. Movie Quotes are $10 extra per item.
Q: Can I request a different Star Wars movie quote to the ones you have listed?
A: Yes. we list some of the more popular quotes, but please contact us before you purchase to see if it is a quote we can get signed for you. One line movie quotes only please.
Q: Is the logo shown on the web site photos on the actual photo I will receive?
A: Some of Dave's photos have his official logo on them yes. Dave also has photos available in the store that do not have his logo on them if you prefer not to have a logo. The logo is a small image of Dave as Darth Vader holding his helmet and the web site address. As the photos with logos are not available unsigned, the logo adds extra authenticity to the item.
Q: I have a personal item I would like Dave to sign. Can I send it in and pay to have it signed?
A: No. Due to the logistics involved, we no longer offer a way to send in your own items. You will need to attend one of Dave's many appearances around the world to get your own items signed.
Q: Does Dave sign autographs for free by mail? I have a mailing address I found on the internet.
A: No. Dave does not sign anything for free! Any items sent to Dave will not be signed or returned. No exceptions.
